PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema has with immediate effect fired Accountant General Kennedy Musonda and an Internal Audit Controller in the Ministry of Finance and National Planning. The President has also fired Ministry of Agriculture Permanent Secretary for Technical Services Green Mbozi and Ministry of Justice Permanent Secretary, Administration Thandiwe Daka Oteng, replacing them with John Mulongoti and Amb Isabel Lemba, respectively. In a press release issued yesterday, State House Chief Communications Specialist Clayson Hamasaka revealed that the President had also transferred Chembo Mbula from Cabinet Office as Permanent Secretary to the Emoluments Commission in the same capacity.
