CHIEF Mumena of the Kaonde speaking people of North-Western Province says individuals who are spreading tribal hate speech should be banned from holding political positions. In an interview, Monday, Chief Mumena described the current tribal talk prevailing in the country as toxic. “The tribal talk which is currently sweeping the nation is very toxic. And this toxicity going into the fibre of the nation brings in a lot of trouble for us. We have lived as one people, we shall continue to be.
