LAW Association of Zambia (LAZ) president Lungisani Zulu says a lot of challenges which citizens are currently facing like load shedding and drought are environmentally related. Meanwhile, former Green Economy and Environment Minister Collins Nzovu has advised the upper class to use alternative sources of energy like solar and leave the national grid for their “poor brothers and sisters”.
