THE Drug Enforcement Commission has once again summoned former president Edgar Lungu’s wife, Esther, to appear before its Anti-Money Laundering Investigations Unit. Esther was scheduled for questioning yesterday, but the interview was rescheduled after her lawyers indicated that they would only be available on July 30. Two months ago, DEC arrested and charged Esther, her daughter Chiyeso and Charles Phiri for being in possession of property reasonably suspected to be proceeds of crime.
