THE Zambia Police have arrested one of Emmanuel Jay Banda’s wives, Lombe Chali, for allegedly aiding his escape from Chipata General Hospital. Police Public Relations Officer Rae Hamoonga says five security officers who were guarding Banda have also been arrested on a similar charge but have since been released on police bond.
