PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema says under very difficult circumstances, he has managed to employ more persons with disabilities than all his predecessors combined. And the Ministry of Community Development and Social Services says over 1,097 persons with disabilities have been recruited as teachers between 2021 and 2023.
