THE Lusaka High Court has stayed the Law Association of Zambia’s decision to suspend two council members who proposed that new lawyers being called to the Bar between December 16 and 20, 2024 should be exempted from paying 2024 subscription fees. The High Court has also granted Arnold Kaluba and Mulenga Sholomo leave to commence judicial review proceedings.
