SMALL Scale Farmers Development Agency Executive Director Boyd Moobwe says government should not force farmers who got inputs to sell 10 50kg bags of maize to the Food Reserve Agency (FRA). On Friday last week, Agriculture Minister Mtolo Phiri said all farmers that would get fertiliser from the government were mandated to sell 10 bags of maize to FRA.
