SECOND Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly Moses Moyo has reprimanded Mambilima PF MP Jean Chisenga, stating that MPs should be sober at all times to avoid causing disorder in the House. Moyo made the comment after he heard Chisenga making running comments while Mwansabombwe PF MP Kabaso Kampampi was debating the presidential speech in the House on Wednesday.
