LUSAKA lawyer Jonas Zimba says the proposal to extend the offence of unexplained wealth to anyone by removing the words ‘public officer’ will discourage investors from investing in the country. Zimba has urged the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) to abandon the proposal, arguing that it was not made in good faith and that poverty should not be celebrated.
