ELECTORAL Commission of Zambia (ECZ) Chief Electoral Officer Brown Kasaro says it is possible for the commission to conduct delimitation of constituencies before the 2026 general elections. However, Kasaro says the Constitution has to be amended to implement the delimitation, so that all seats can be contested in 2026.
