GOVERNANCE activist Rueben Lifuka has urged President Hakainde Hichilema to halt the constitutional amendment process, arguing that it cannot be achieved through a rushed and partisan approach. He has called on the President to commit to a comprehensive and inclusive constitutional review process after the 2026 elections.
