FORMER PF secretary general Davies Mwila says the Zambia Congress of Trade Unions (ZCTU) has bootlickers, and that’s why the labour movement has gone down. On Friday, ZCTU president Blake Mulala called on the opposition to get organised to gain people’s confidence, saying citizens would not be governed by confused leaders.
