ISOKA Council Secretary Brian Musonda says the local authority has spent over K62 million on Constituency Development Fund (CDF) projects since 2022, with 384 students graduating through bursary and skills training schemes. Giving a detailed account, Musonda said the CDF had directly benefited hundreds of students and community clubs. “Bursaries and skills from 2022 – secondary schools, 114 students benefited and skills in different institutions, 105 benefited.
