BRITISH High Commissioner to Zambia Rebbecca Terzeon says despite Zambia’s GDP growth, poverty rates in the country have remained stubbornly high. Terzeon further notes that according to the Zambia Statistics Office, poverty levels stood at 60 percent in 2022, with urban poverty being a significant concern.
