LOCAL Government and Rural Development Minister Gift Sialubalo says Constituency Development Fund (CDF) projects are transforming rural communities such as Nansala in Isoka district, and has urged residents to give credit to President Hakainde Hichilema.   During a recent tour of various CDF projects in Isoka, Sialubalo said the President’s agenda was to unify the country by ensuring development reaches all 156 constituencies equitably.   “We want to see President Hakainde Hichilema’s money working.
