VETERAN politician Vernon Mwaanga says governments all over the world have limits in terms of how far they can go in bending the rules of statecraft. On Thursday, President Hakainde Hichilema declared that the national mourning period for the late former president Edgar Lungu was over, but that government remained open for further engagement with Lungu’s family over the repatriation of his remains and funeral arrangements.
