MINISTER of Information and Media, Honourable Chushi Kasanda is concerned that the Zambia National Broadcasting Corporation (ZNBC) has not been generating income for many years. The minister who is also Chief Government Spokesperson attributes this to the fact that since inception, the mass media house has been producing “almost the same content”.
