PRESIDENTIAL Spokesperson Anthony Bwalya says the UPND did not criticise the number of international trips that former president Edgar Lungu made, but condemned the purpose of trips as well as the “huge” delegations. The State House official says there was nothing of value that was brought about by Mr Lungu’s foreign trips.
