THERE is something that those who serve in government have in common, and this is easy to observe. Most of the time, our brothers and sisters who have been given the opportunity to serve in public offices confuse the authority of their office and the privileges that come with their titles. We are talking about all public servants without exception. When you observe their conduct, you find that they exercise the authority of their offices as though it is their prerogative.
