THE Patriotic Front leadership says it has decided to postpone its constitution amendment conference because the suggested date coincides with the Umutomboko traditional ceremony. Although PF National Chairman Davies Chama says this postponement does not affect the date for holding the party general conference, it is obvious that the central committee intends to change the PF constitution before members can be accorded a chance to choose their next president. This means that as long as there is no constitution amendment conference, all bets are off.
