THE Road Transport and Safety Agency (RTSA) says the use of motorbikes for public transportation has never been legalised in the in country, and as such, the agency will need to enforce the law wherever people used motorbikes as taxis. RTSA: The law says, “A road service licence shall not be granted if the motor vehicle proposed to be used as a taxi cab is a tricycle or a motor cycle. The law is already in place.
