ATTORNEY General Mulilo Kabesha says people should thank the UPND government because in other countries, the Constitution is amended just a few weeks before elections. AG Kabesha has also insisted that government is not bulldozing the Constitutional Amendment Bill 7 of 2025, arguing that people had been given an opportunity to debate the bill and make submissions.
