PF cadre Innocent Kalimanshi, commonly known as “PF national commander” and three others have appeared before the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court and pleaded not guilty to charges of criminal trespass and assault. Meanwhile, another group of five Patriotic Front supporters have equally appeared before court for allegedly damaging Kalimanshi’s vehicle worth K700,000, which charge they have however, denied. The nine accused persons, all PF supporters, appeared in two different courts at the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court on charges of criminal trespass, assault and malicious damage to property in relation to the fracas which occurred on May 1, 2021 at the PF secretariat when Chishimba Kambwili was re-joining the party.
