Police in Lusaka have now formally arrested leader of the embattled National Democratic Congress Chishimba Kambwili for Defamation of the President.
According to impeccable sources, this is in connection with some remarks Kambwili recently made about a “dog from Chawama”.
And police have denied Kambwili bond, saying they will take him to court tomorrow.
Meanwhile, heavily armed police are currently taking the former chief government spokesperson to the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court for one of his other pending cases.
