AN ASSISTANT registration officer at the National Registration, Passport and Citizenships has narrated to the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court how Lusaka businessman Valden Findlay was found in possession of a passport he claimed was lost years back. Mulenga Kaliwile, 38, was testifying in a matter in which Findlay is facing two counts of holding more than one passport and being in possession of endorsements of forged immigration stamps.
