HEALTH Minister Sylvia Masebo on Wednesday exchanged some verbal jabs with her predecessor, Dr Chitalu Chilufya, when the duo debated the report of the Committee on Health, Community Development and Social Services on the Zambia Flying Doctor Service (ZFDS). In her debate, Masebo charged that during the previous administration, ZFDS was a dead institution.
