THE LUSAKA High Court has ordered United Bank for Africa Zambia Limited to pay damages to M Ndalama Enterprises Limited for breach of contract. In this matter, M Ndalama Enterprise had sued United Bank demanding for an order for specific performance instructing the defendant to pay the plaintiff the sums of K3,126,216.00 and K2,605,180.00. They also wanted damages for breach of contract, interest on all amounts found due and any other reliefs the court might deem fit.
