PF member Yamfwa Mukanga says Mumbi Phiri should not make decisions or issue opinions from an emotional point of view. On Monday, Phiri, who is former PF deputy secretary general said she had been encouraging PF leaders to leave the party for Miles Sampa and his relatives since he was insisting that it was his uncle’s party.
