FORMER Intercity PF cadre Francis Muchemwa has told the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court that with a nominal capital of K15,000, he made K10.1 million in two years. And Muchemwa has told the court that at the time he was running his cross-border business, he did not have a passport. Meanwhile, Muchemwa told the court that he declared nil returns to the Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA) when he was actually making profits. In this matter, Muchemwa is jointly charged with two of his companies namely: Friltech Networks Zambia Limited and Altitude Properties Limited, with 10 counts of being in possession of property suspected to be proceeds of crime.
