EUROPEAN Union Ambassador to Zambia Karolina Stasiak says the EU has resumed a budget support programme to Zambia 10 years since its withdrawal. Addressing the media during the signing ceremony with the Ministry of Finance, Tuesday, Stasiak said the EU had witnessed a renewed commitment to ambitious reforms towards strengthening governance under the new administration.
