GOVERNMENT has signed a US$110 million concession agreement with Z-Mart, under a PPP model, for the construction of the Kasumbalesa Border Post Auxiliary Infrastructure, a Multi-Facility Economic Zone, 20 km of urban roads in Chililabombwe and Chingola, and other infrastructure. Z-Mart CEO Jignesh Soni says to demonstrate its commitment, his company intends to commence the construction of township roads immediately.
