THE Public Accounts Committee yesterday sent away officers from the Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA) after they failed to justify a $16 million payment to Prestige Motors Limited and a garnishee. And PAC has summoned, among others, Inspector General of police Graphel Musamba to explain why police have not concluded investigations into the transactions. Meanwhile, ZRA Board Chairperson Caleb Fundanga has admitted that there was connivance and fraudulent activity in the manner in which the transaction was made.
