THE Lusaka Magistrates’ Court has sentenced a 21-year-old security guard to a fine of K1,000 for posting on a Facebook page that “Chi HH chilefwaikafye coup.” Meanwhile, Lusaka Resident Magistrate Idah Mupemo has acquitted Aaron Chipampe of the offence of possessing an offensive weapon. In this matter, Chipampe was charged with two counts of seditious practices and possession of offensive weapons or materials.
