A FEW days ago, opposition leader and presidential aspirant Emmanuel Mwamba sent an alarm on social media, telling citizens that police officers on the Copperbelt had surrounded Flava FM radio which was airing a programme featuring madam Irene Khan, the UN Special Rapporteur on the promotion and protection of the right to freedom of opinion and expression.
