THE Resident Doctors Association of Zambia (RDAZ) has welcomed the Civil Service Commission’s invitation to provide evidence of irregularities in the recent recruitment process, saying the evidence is readily available. Recently, RDAZ claimed that the recruitment of over 4,000 health workers was marred by massive irregularities. In response, the Civil Service Commission stated that it would conduct an inventory of the process in order to establish truth from fiction. The commission also asked RDAZ to provide evidence supporting the claims.
