THE Zambia Public Procurement Authority (ZPPA) has warned that it will enforce sanctions against the procuring entities that are not using the e-GP System. And ZPPA has disclosed that in the fourth quarter of 2024, it undertook 23 investigations and considered eight appeals from aggrieved bidders arising from various procurements.
