ENGINEERING Institute of Zambia (EIZ) says it has noted a worrying tendency by the government to not pay Zambian contractors for work done and invoiced. EIZ president Wesley Kaluba has revealed that NAPSA owes the institute K700,000 for consultancy works at Society Business Park.
