THE Prisoners Reintegration Empowerment Organization (PREO) has called on government to put in place modalities that will allow former inmates to benefit from Citizen Economic Empowerment Commission loans. PREO Executive Director Derrick Malumo says former inmates have entrepreneurship skills acquired from professional centres.
