THE matter in which socialite and content creator Ruth Mukanga, popularly known as Ruth Ronnie, dragged her 25-year-old ex-boyfriend to the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court for assault has failed to proceed, as the State informed the court that it had received information which must be addressed before the trial can continue. In this matter, Brian Kapyanga is charged with Assault Occasioning Actual Bodily Harm, contrary to Section 248 of the Penal Code, Chapter 87 of the Laws of Zambia.
