ECZ Commissioner McDonald Chipenzi says the commission will this month announce the proposed 70 seats that have been delimited, stating the seats will be gazetted in May. Meanwhile, Chipenzi says the commission will allocate the proposed seats to women, youths and persons with disabilities under the proportional representation electoral system to political parties who will submit a list of qualified individuals.
