PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema says corruption, favouritism, abuse of authority and workplace discrimination undermine productivity, destroy trust and weaken institutions. President Hichilema has appealed to human resource experts to create graduate trainee opportunities and entrepreneurship support for youths entering the labour market.
