MUNALI independent aspiring candidate Patrick Samwimbila and his campaign team were yesterday allegedly attacked with stones by unknown political party cadres in Mtendere East, leaving supporters injured as residents fled in panic. When contacted, Samwimbila confirmed the attack, explaining that his campaign schedule was prepared by the ECZ on Saturday, but while campaigning for himself and President Hakainde Hichilema on stage, some individuals organised youths to stone his team in Mtendere East.
