FILM producer David Kazadi and social media influencer Mwaka Halwindi have been jointly charged in the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court with producing, possessing and circulating obscene material. Meanwhile, Ruby Muzandu has also been charged with possession and circulating obscene material. In count one, Kazadi is charged with the offence of circulating obscene matters contrary to Section 177 (1)(b) of the Penal Code, Chapter 87 of the Laws of Zambia.
