THE Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) says it has no authority to disqualify candidates, insisting that only the courts can make such rulings. The Commission further says candidates Sean Tembo and Chanda Katotobwe did not file their nomination papers, as they left the centre after being advised that certain documents, including the adoption certificate, were missing.
