MINISTRY of Youth, Sport and Arts Permanent Secretary Kangwa Chileshe has praised the Elite Premier League Zambia (EPL ZM) for leveraging grassroots football to create opportunities for young people and drive talent development. Speaking at the EPL ZM Season 5 final held at GameZone Futsal Arena in Lusaka on Saturday, Chileshe noted that initiatives such as EPL ZM play a vital role in complementing government’s efforts by taking structured sporting activities closer to communities.
