THE Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) has reminded workers that Thursday, August 13, will be a public holiday to provide an opportunity for eligible voters to cast their votes. ECZ Chief Electoral Officer Brown Kasaro further says the Commission is committed to declaring the presidential results within 72 hours of the close of the last polling station.
