THE Constitutional Court has granted Bowman Lusambo, Brian Mundubile and 23 other PF MPs permission to join a matter in which a Lusaka resident is seeking a declaration that section 97(2)(a) of the Electoral process act should be removed from the statute books. The PF members have been joined to the case as interested parties. In this matter, Joseph Busenga cited the Attorney General as the respondent.
