ENERGY Minister Peter Kapala has unveiled a seven member Energy Regulation Board of Directors, among them Noel Nkhoma and Lusaka Lawyer Gilbert Phiri. And Kapala says the removal of subsidies does not mean that life will become unbearable. Speaking at a press briefing, Monday, Kapala said he expected the Board to provide sound strategic business initiatives and timely issuance of licenses. “I am delighted to announce today the appointment of the Board of Directors of the Energy Regulation Board.
