MINEWORKERS Union of Zambia (MUZ) president Joseph Chewe says Zambians should not be segregated in the issuance of mining licenses based on the assumption that they don’t have capacity to start a mine from scratch. Mines and Minerals Development Minister Paul Kabuswe recently said most Zambians did not have the capacity to start a mine from scratch and invest huge sums of money.
